Born and raised in Chicago, Chef Audrey fell in love with cooking at a young age. She got her bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from Boston University. At college she discovered the joy of sharing culinary knowledge as a teaching assistant . After graduation, she worked in many different stations throughout restaurants, catering and large production kitchens. It all led back to teaching though when she found Kristin. She has been with Betties from the ground up, teaching classes weekly and managing the day to day. At home, she is the proud dog and cat mom and enjoys the outdoors with her fiance as much as possible!
