VIRTUAL: Spring French Macarons with Baker Bettie

Join head chef instructor Kristin “Baker Bettie” Hoffman from anywhere for this VIRTUAL spring French macarons class!
You’ll learn all of the tips and tricks for creating perfect shells with the signature macaron “feet.”
Students will color their macaron shells and fill their macarons with a lemon curd and creamy berry buttercream.
A recording of the live class is always sent out following the virtual event so that you can watch it at your convenience if you cannot join live or if you would like to watch it again.
A list of tools and ingredients will be sent out 1 week prior to the event if you would like to bake along during class.
Allergens & dietary restrictions: This class does contain tree nuts as macarons are traditionally made with almond flour.
Note: If you plan to bake along with us, you do need either an electric hand mixer or a stand mixer to properly whip your meringue.
