Virtual Lemon Meringue Pie (The Longest Day Alzheimer’s Association Fundraiser)

Join head chef instructor Kristin “Baker Bettie” Hoffman for this in-depth VIRTUAL class on making a classic Lemon Meringue Pie. This virtual class is part of The Alzheimer’s Association’s “The Longest Day” event. 50% of all proceeds will be donated to The Alzheimer’s Association.

• How to make Lemon Curd for the pie filling
• How to make Swiss Meringue for the pie topping
