Join Kristin “Baker Bettie” Hoffman to learn how to make authentic New York Style Bagels from scratch.
Participants will make their bagels 100% from start to finish including mixing, kneading, and shaping the dough by hand, boiling the bagels to get the perfect dense texture, and baking them for a crispy-on-the-outside finish. Each student will also make their own flavored cream cheese with a variety of add-in options.
You will take home the half dozen large bagels you made in class and your custom cream cheese flavor.
Please note: All tickets are priced per person as we keep our classes small. All tickets are final sale and non-refundable or transferable to another date. If you are unable to attend after purchase, you may gift your ticket to a friend.
Allergens & dietary restrictions: All of our classes are peanut free, however, be aware that our facility does contain peanuts and tree nuts. All of our classes do include wheat and gluten. Bagels are naturally vegan, however, the cream cheese does include dairy. If you would like a vegan cream cheese option, please select this option at checkout.
