Join head chef instructor Kristin “Baker Bettie” Hoffman for a celebration of traditional Irish baked goods! We will be making classic Irish soda bread with currants and caraway as well as traditional Irish scones.
Learn the proper technique to making soda bread and scones that aren’t too dense or dry.
This class is for ages 21+. Appetizers and house wine will be served – you are also welcome to BYO beer and/or wine.
Please note: All tickets are priced per person as we keep our classes small. All tickets are final sale and non-refundable or transferable to another date. If you are unable to attend after purchase, you may gift your ticket to a friend.
Allergens & dietary restrictions: All of our classes are peanut free, however, be aware that our facility does contain peanuts and tree nuts. All of our classes do include wheat and gluten. This class also includes eggs and dairy.
