Introduction to French Pastries with Baker Bettie

Join head chef instructor Baker Bettie for this class on making classic french pastries!

Students will learn to make pate a choux from scratch and then use it make eclairs au chocolate as well as choux au craquelin.

Students will also learn how to make classic french pastry cream and ganache for filling and topping their pastries.

Please note: All tickets are priced per person as we keep our classes small. All tickets are final sale and non-refundable or transferable to another date. If you are unable to attend after purchase, you may gift your ticket to a friend.

Allergens & dietary restrictions: All of our classes are peanut free, however, be aware that our facility does contain peanuts and tree nuts. All of our classes do include wheat and gluten. This class does include dairy and eggs.
