Brinner: Flaky Buttermilk Biscuits & Sausage Gravy

Join us for a breakfast for dinner class – aka “brinner!” In class, participants will make Baker Bettie’s flakiest buttermilk biscuits as well as a hearty sausage gravy.
You will learn:
- How to keep biscuits tender
- How to create layers in biscuits
- How to create a roux and build a gravy
- How to make compound butter
This class is for ages 21+. Other breakfast items and house wine will be served – you are also welcome to BYO beer and/or wine.
Please note: All tickets are priced per person as we keep our classes small. All tickets are final sale and non-refundable or transferable to another date. If you are unable to attend after purchase, you may gift your ticket to a friend.
Allergens & dietary restrictions: All of our classes are peanut free, however, be aware that our facility does contain peanuts and tree nuts. All of our classes do include wheat and gluten. This class also includes dairy.
