Baking Boot Camp: Yeast Bread 101

Join us for this introduction to bread baking! You will learn what yeast is and how it works to make bread dough rise! We will be making dough from start to finish and using it to make a variety of breads.
Participants will leave with a rustic boule, garlic and herb dinner rolls, and cinnamon rolls.
Please note: This is a single session of our baking boot camp series. Most students in this class are with us for the full 5-week series, however, we have a few single-session tickets available for this class.
Please note: All tickets are priced per person as we keep our classes small. All tickets are final sale and non-refundable or transferable to another date. If you are unable to attend after purchase, you may gift your ticket to a friend.
Allergens & dietary restrictions: All of our classes are peanut free, however, be aware that our facility does contain peanuts and tree nuts. All of our classes do include wheat and gluten. This class also includes eggs and dairy.
